Welcome to Family Court Watch of North Carolina, a web site designed to inform, educate and alleviate confusion surrounding high conflict and corrupt child custody cases.

When conflict and confusion overcome your days in custody hearings, your hope lies only in justice. Knowing that you are not alone, in your struggles in court and your thoughts and feelings for a normal, quality life for your children, is a small step towards gathering strength and knowledge  for what lies ahead.

Where there is pain and agony, there is hope. Where there is hope, there is the ability to believe that the pain can turn into triumph.

When Voting for a Judges

THE MAJORITY OF THE JUDGES HAVE WIDE SUPPORT FROM LAW FIRMS; ASK QUESTIONS AND RESEARCH THE ORIGIN OF THE CAMPAIGNS AND "THEIR" SUPPORTERS BEFORE YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH A JUDGE AND ENTER INTO A CUSTODY HEARING

Support victims in high conflict cases by attending the hearings and watching the conduct of our elected officials and the attorneys that  represent clients in hostile cases.

We would like to express our thoughts on the percentage of Attorneys who display fair and ethical practices.
As any profession, there are the good and bad. It is not our wishes to single out anyone who may take to heart that their profession holds the power to better a family's life, or to send it spiraling out of control for reasons of greed and ego.

Know that discussing cases publicly, could disclose information that is to be used for litigation. Sharing your stories can be helpful in many ways.

The similarities between most case involving corruption, have many resemblances to them.

Knowledge is the key to understanding court hearings. Like many others, we knew nothing about custody laws before a separation.

Court corruption, is learning that we are not the only one out there who has done nothing to deserve the treatment that occurs in the court room, whether you are a Mom or a Dad.

It has helped that we attend others' hearings throughout the State to keep accurate information that could help all of our cases in many ways. The fact that the courts know that they are being watched now, will be the beginning of what we are praying, is the end of court litigation as some of the Judges and Attorneys have grown accustomed.

It can eventually affect the  laws that give the courts the rights to conduct hearings as they have. The courts are being monitored at this time to check on laws that work best for families, not the Attorneys.

It is also  fearful to cross the line that the courts have drawn in our cases in regards to repeating or disclosing what you feel is unfair, abusive to your personal character, and an abuse of power in court.

You've been intimidated into thinking that a judge would rule against you if you do not walk a straight line by calling attention to your case. This is absurd!

You know your children are at stake and you will do anything to do what is best for them. We've all felt this way and still do, but we've now crossed that line together.

We must hold our Family Court System to standards that benefit Families that are in despair and have cases filled with threats and physical, emotional, mental abuse and corruption.

We will lobby to change N.C.G.S. laws that are unconstitutional and an abuse of power.
